This official Warranty Card or Booklet issued by G-Kinze contains complete and accurate information about the watch, including: customer details, product code, warranty period, and service centers.

You are entitled to a full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase at G-Kinze.

G-kinze.com.vn will not impose any strict conditions or charge any fees during the 5-year warranty period (if the defect is determined to be a manufacturer issue). Any manufacturing defect will be fully covered.

For user-caused issues, G-Kinze offers 50% support on repair costs during the warranty period.
General Warranty Conditions

G-kinze.com.vn will provide free repairs for manufacturer-related issues such as internal component defects.

For Casio watches: batteries purchased through G-kinze.com.vn will be replaced free for life (except for solar-powered batteries, which follow brand-specific policies). Free oiling is also provided for mechanical watches during the warranty period.

G-kinze.com.vn accepts warranty claims even if you lose your warranty card or booklet, as we store all customer information in our system and use electronic warranty via phone number registration.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty

No warranty for exterior parts such as strap and case due to natural wear and tear or physical damage: e.g., dents, scratches, discoloration, peeling, cracking, broken clasps.

No warranty for misuse, including: wearing the watch in a sauna or hot bath, exposure to chemicals, acids, or corrosive cleaners.

No warranty for unauthorized repairs. Any watch repaired outside authorized service centers or not at G-kinze.com.vn (especially self-repairs) will be immediately disqualified from warranty.

No warranty for damages caused by natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, or intentional damage.

If your watch includes international warranty coverage, you may bring it to any authorized service center in Vietnam or internationally (as long as within the warranty period).

Warranty at G-Kinze Stores
For most warranty issues, service centers may still charge fees (regardless of fault origin).
Therefore, we recommend bringing your watch directly to G-Kinze stores for assistance.
We ensure peace of mind, no additional charges for manufacturer defects, and will directly coordinate with the brand for the fastest resolution. We guarantee your watch remains in optimal condition after repairs.
Warranty hours: 8:30 – 12:00, 13:00 – 20:00 (Monday to Sunday)
If your watch is out of warranty, but you need maintenance or parts replacement, we’ll provide a clear quote with the best possible rate.
