I. Applicable Cases for Return & Exchange
1. At Customer’s Request
Customers may return or exchange products purchased from https://gkinze.com.vn within 5 days from the date of receipt if the product is not suitable (e.g., size too small or large compared to expectation, etc.).
To minimize returns/exchanges, we recommend that customers provide wrist size or specific requirements in advance to receive the best product consultation.
2. Wrong or Damaged Items
Upon receiving your package, please check the product and packaging to ensure it matches the order (correct model, quantity, color) and is not damaged due to external impact.
If the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, please return the item to the delivery staff immediately and contact our customer service hotline at 028 665 37137 for quick assistance.
If you have already paid, we will refund or replace the item as soon as possible.
Note: Complaints regarding wrong or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of receipt. G-Kinze reserves the right to refuse support after this period.
Within 5 days from the delivery date, if the product has a technical defect, you may return it to the warranty center. Products will only be exchanged or refunded after verification by our technical department that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns for user-related damages (e.g., cracked glass, scratched strap, etc.).
After 5 days, technical issues are no longer eligible for return/exchange but will still be covered under warranty according to each brand’s policy. Please return the watch to the address below for warranty:

II. Return & Exchange Conditions
Returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

Original box and packaging must be intact, without dents, tears, or damage.

Warranty card, user manual, accessories, and free gifts (if any) must be included and in original condition.

Product must not show any signs of use, dirt, scratches, or damage.
Note: Items that do not meet the above criteria will be automatically returned to the address listed on your invoice.

For In-Store Purchases:
Once a customer has inspected and confirmed the item in-store, returns or exchanges are not accepted after leaving the store.
In case of a gift purchase where the recipient is not present, the item may be exchanged within 2 days from the purchase date.
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the product cannot be refunded.
Exchanged items must meet the Return & Exchange Conditions listed in Section II.
