Payment Policy – G-Kinze

Thank you for trusting and choosing products from G-Kinze.

When you agree to use our products and services, you may make payments directly to our warehouse, agents, delivery personnel, or pay online.

For online purchases, customers may choose from the following two payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

This method allows customers to pay in cash directly to the delivery personnel upon receiving the goods.

When the delivery personnel arrives at the address, please inspect the product and make the payment. You’ll be required to sign the delivery receipt to complete the transaction. If provided with a sales invoice or shipping receipt, we recommend you keep it for reference.

If the product has any defect due to manufacturing, please contact us at 028 665 37137 for support and resolution.

2. Bank Transfer

Customers confirm the purchase details via phone or email, then transfer the exact amount (including shipping fee) to the bank account provided below.

Once we confirm a successful transaction, we will immediately proceed to ship the product.
