Shipping Policy – G-Kinze

Free Shipping Cases

– Applicable for customers in suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and other provinces/cities nationwide.

– Shipping method: Express delivery.

– Delivery time: From 2 to 4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

– Orders will be shipped immediately after receiving full payment for the purchased product.

– For customers in urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, if the delivery address is far from our stores and the customer is not in a rush, we will also use express delivery (Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days, excluding holidays/weekends).

Paid Shipping Cases

– For customers who require urgent delivery or live outside the free-shipping zones, we will arrange staff to deliver directly to your address.

– Shipping fees will be calculated based on the distance from the nearest store to the delivery address.

– The exact cost will be discussed and confirmed with the customer prior to delivery.

Important Notes

– Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If there are any issues (e.g., wrong model, incorrect specifications, damage, dents, etc.), please report them immediately to the delivery personnel and contact us for prompt resolution.

– If you sign to confirm receipt without any feedback, G-Kinze will not be responsible for requests to exchange/return due to damage, scratches, dents, or incorrect items.
